What Data We Collect

We do not offer user accounts or request registration. The following information may still be processed when you visit or contact us:

  • Server logs — Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs basic request data: IP address, browser type, page URL, and timestamp.
  • Email messages — If you contact us, the email address, message, and other information you choose to provide are processed so we can respond.
  • Analytics data — Google Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, and site-usage information.
  • Advertising data — On eligible content pages, Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and protect advertising.

We do not directly sell personal information, require an account, or send marketing email. Google and Cloudflare process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies

The site itself does not use account or session cookies. Google Analytics and, on pages where advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may set or read cookies and similar identifiers. You can manage cookies through your browser and review Google's advertising controls at My Ad Center.

Third-Party Services

Cloudflare hosts and secures the site. Google provides Analytics, fonts, and advertising services. These providers may process request, device, usage, and advertising data under their own policies. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Service providers retain data according to their own retention settings and policies. Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to address the request, maintain correction records, or meet legal obligations.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) to:

  • Request access to any personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to processing of your personal data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Since we collect minimal data, most of these rights are straightforward. Contact us via our contact page and we'll sort it out.

Children's Privacy

Our site is a general-audience resource about a word puzzle game. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare (which includes DDoS protection and TLS encryption), and we don't store sensitive user data.

If we ever change this privacy policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
